Position Overview
As a Bodyshop Paint Technician, you will play a crucial role in our brand new body prep centre.
From colour matching to surface preparation, you will utilise your expertise to deliver
flawless results and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform paint repairs and refinishing on a variety of vehicles
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix paint to achieve precise colour matching
- Ensure the proper curing and drying of paint materials
- Conduct quality inspections to identify and address any imperfections
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop environment
- Proficiency in automotive paint application techniques and colour matching
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in automotive paint application is a plus
